go to your email ID and you will see activation link in your mail. click on it and your facebook account will be verified with this email.
same process is for changing your facebook email.

When you create your ID on any social network. Untill you won't confirm you Email adress your account wont work. Its best way to verify persons.Go on your mail box like (yahoo, gmail, hotmail ) than type on search bar facebook confirm account than open your mail & click on Confirm you will redirect on facebook and you A/c wiill auto Verify from (yahoo, gmail, hotmail ) .

Go to your email and click on the link you receive from facebook and continue from there.

Go to your Email you Will Get a Message From Facebook Open it Up and Click on the Link Inside
