I need to know what company's support a anime site so I can advertise? I went to a lot of different places but adsence don't allow it other ad companys are out of biz so I need to know what other options do I have?

post links on anime discussion boards. or places like 4chan and reddit.

Try to look for forums and communities on Animes and Games in general. You can also try to look for groups on Facebook about different animes. You can share your sites there. If you became quite popular, you can create your own fan page.
