Does anyone have a twitter account that has 1k or more that they don't use? My friend wants a twitter but she doesn't want to spend time getting followers and stuff so.. If you have an inactive account leave a comment & I'll email you for the login info, Thanks.

No, and chances are you will not find anyone who has 1,000+ followers and don't want to use it anymore. Your friend will have to create a new Twitter account herself.
