I need to complete a survey for tapped out hack, but i need to go through a cell phone survey but i don't understand how?

If you're looking for unlimited donuts and/or money, search for this file:
TSTO460v1.apk
It will probably have to be downloaded through a torrent client and it only works for android. It will modify your current game by giving you over 2 million in money and donuts each.
It will look exactly like the normal tapped out game icon on your device. When it loads, there will be a screen that appears saying merry christmas and then the game will start at your current progress level. Once in game, you will need to purchase something small with money and then the cheat will activate. You have to purchase something each time you enter the game or switch between neighbors or Krusty Land and Springfield.
I loaded this when I logged on as anonymous through an android emulator on my pc. I didn't want to ruin my current game where I am currently at level 38. When you have unlimited money and donuts, it feels like there is no point to playing, so I use the anonymous account to see what can be gained from purchasing certain items.
