In deviant art's rules pron isn't allowed. So then why is there a section for it under "Artistic Nude"?

Same reason police leave bicycles outside unlocked police stations, just because its there does not mean they allow you to just use it.

Artistic nude isn't considered porn, although the lines sometimes blur, but most of the time you can tell if it is or not. Only pervs and total religious prudes consider all artistic nudity to be porn.
