Social media affect our self esteem.Knowing what your friends are doing now or tomorrow, What they are seeing and etc.Your self esteem becomes dented.In some cases, to counteract this, you may then make stories up and, if not careful, get trapped in a web of lies.Holidays are useful ways to rest the brain.So lets get out and play and feel the environment!!
