Hi,
I want to analyze and make a insight report of a Facebook profile, in terms of user engagement and reputation of profile for social media marketing purpose. I could find tools only for twitter, for example Facebook fan page insight or if some body knows formula to calculate like klout does please let me know. Please make sure tools are free to use, if you are referring one.
