first, "NO BID"
when anyone's item has nobody bid on them, still "no bid"
second - "when seller's listia member profile was suspended." (BUT IF BUYER WON, they give you shipping details, buyer got suspended, seller still have to send item to the banned buyers)
i.e. "when the SELLER not buyer, is banned from listia" (suspend account suspended by listia staff)
" if buyer got suspended, seller must still have to send item. "

1. NO BID on your listia auction.
nobody bid on your item, no names shown.
seller have to send even when the bid is only 1 point.
2. when listia suspend SELLER, not suspend buyer.
Buyer got suspended - seller must still have to send. the auction or winning opportunity would not be killed just because a person win your item before they got banned in listia.

it's completely different between listia.com suspended buyers and sellers
if buyers are banned in listia, give seller shipping address, sellers must send items to banned buyers.
if sellers are banned in listia, even if buyers give address (vaild or unverified) , sellers dont have to send item.
Auction buyer who win any item from any auction, their winning chance would not be destroyed just because listia suspend accounts, it's (the victory) done BEFORE the member's suspension. so yes buyers can still have the items sellers still must send.
if auction sellers are suspended. even when buyers give shipping address, whether verified or non-verified, sellers who got suspended do not have to send anything to anybody in listia.com.
If buyers are banned after they win item, yes sellers must send. but if sellers are banned, buyers dont get the item.
