Hi, I am setting up a google adwords for video campaign, and for some reason when I go into demographics, it only allows me to target females and males 18+, however I am looking to market the 13-17 year old age demographic. How come google does not allow me to do this? I know on youtube you have to be 13 to have an account, not 18. any help would be appreciated as my campaign is useless if it cant be targeted to minors. thanks
