So, I have a nail art account and what I do is follow everyone back and unfollow if they do (I have an app) . But what I do is search the hashtag #nailart and comment on them saying basically those nails are amazing and I love their work and can they like some of my photos. But this time this is what came up: ACTION BLOCK

What does this mean? I'm blocked using the comment feature for a YEAR? I'm so confused!

It just did this to me like 45 min ago! I think it means we are band for a year !
