Basically my work place needs some or a busboy for a fine italian restaurant and you get paid well ! so is there like a website for me to post ads or for busboys ? PLEASE and Thanks

I have to wonder how many of the Busboy demographic are really computer savy...
As suggested Craigslist.org is the best mainly free classified ads site, though employment may be one of their few categories that you have to pay for. Backpages.com is another possibility with perhaps 1/5 the viewership.
Self serve ads on Google and Facebook can be set to only be seen by people in your location, further Facebook allows you to only advertise to Males between 18 and 25 as well as other demographic specifics.
