That looks like the sort of address used in scam phishing emails pretending to be banks. The actual domain name onlinebng.com is 2 months old & registered through a Panama proxy to conceal the real owner info.
scamcentral.com can easily add the subdomain BankofAmerica.scamcentral.com which confuses a certain percentage of the public.

The site you list has NOTHING to do with HSBC and is an 8 week old site registered in Panama http://whois.domaintools.com/onlinebng.com
