"Enter the percentage share each party will pay towards promotional mailings and paid advertising." It says...Can someone explain this to me. its for a Agent/Artist Contract.

How will you promote the agency/artist - How much will that cost?
That's your answer. Then how will you split that cost up, 50/50?
