Can I sell my e-book on eBay safe? I have talked to someone that told me he got in a serious problem with eBay because a buyer claimed he pay for it but really did not pay and it took him ages to prove it and if eBay isn't safe what is a popular and safe website I can sell them on?

Will you be shipping your eBooks on a CD? If so you can prove delivery. If not then you can't. eBay has rules you must follow to protect yourself.
