When watching a Twitch stream or a YouTube video (or any kind of streamed video not a Windows player video) the video stutters and loses a frame or 2 ever couple seconds or so it just plays normally and the audio quality is fine and doesnt stutter but the video just lags every 3-4 seconds its really annoying and makes it unenjoyable to watch videos. Can someone help me out please?

I'm 100% sure its not the video or stream BTW because I have tried watching the same videos/streams on a different computer.
Running Windows 8 and I have 8GB RAM so I dont think its a memory problem.

Your internet is slow.

It is possibly your internet connection. It could also be a firewall issue. You can also make sure you have the latest version of flash for your browser, and your directx is updated.
