Im the admin of this page(http://on.fb.me/xAgMj9)
In the welcome tab i put a like box. But when someone click like it turns to a Confirm button. Why is that and how can i remove that confirm option?

in the settings of the page.....it must be a checked option of the moderation to like. So its important that u uncheck it.
