There was this website that there was a link of it floating around tumblr about 2-4 months ago. It was a website where you could sign up and share your art (like with DeviantART) But on the right hand column there was a random idea generator that you could click and it was very unique and I remember seeing both original art and fanart on the website. If you know any websites like that please tell me it is just one of those things that will bug me until I figure it out.
