Not Tumblr. That's a breeding ground for cyberbullies, trolls, cyberstalkers and pedos.
Just like 4chan and 9gag and reddit.
The other 2 are okay tho

a tumblr.
bc twitter will consume your life and it's annoying because all people care about is repeating jokes to be "funny", following people just to unfollow them, etc
an instagram can either be like Facebook 2.0 if you follow/let locals follow you so there's that
i'm on tumblr more often and i get cool wallpapers from it and no one can see my follower count nor who i follow and it has an ask box and you can customize your theme and it's better. just make sure you follow the cool blogs and not the horrible ugly ones like the people from your town probably have.
