Ok, so I ordered Fallout 3 on Amazon. It was used and not sold by Amazon but another source. I received the Playstation 3 copy instead of the Xbox 360 copy. Can someone help me out here.

Many (as in most) of the vendors selling on Amazon will take refunds and/or exchanges. Contact them and tell them what happened.

They have a Customer Service page on Amazon. They have contact information there so you can either Email or call them.

I would call the number at the bottom of the Amazon page and let them know what happened. They should give you directions on returning the PS3 copy, and then they'll send you the Xbox 360 copy.
