Some time ago I created one of those quiz applications you see on facebook. But I got tired of the application and deleted it ( or thought I did). Now I realize that there is a page for the application that is still up and it shows me as the developer. This annoys me a lot. I want to get rid of this page. But I don't see any options or menus that allow me to do that. All I see on the page relate to editing the application itself. I enter that menu and delete it over and over but the page still lives on. if you try to access the application facebook will tell that it no longer exists so why won't this page go away? Somebody please show me how to get rid of it completely.
