Ok. So I have a Facebook page with about 1000 likes and it's associated with a website. I want to contact around 100 people to complete a 10 question multiple choice survey to see what they really think about my website. What do you think? Will this annoy them and be an invasion of privacy? Or is it ok?

Why not? Since they have liked your page they might also want to help you with your cause.
And, it is within Facebook terms, too.
