To get paid using Facebook, you need to know your purpose and methods of sale on Facebook. Did you want to promote a business over Facebook and ask to be paid via PayPal? Or did you think you can receive money through Facebook users?
Simply put, you can't get directly paid using the Facebook platform. You can provide services to Facebook users (that you know or are affiliated professionally with) and ask to be paid by PayPal using your PayPal E-mail address.
The Facebook platform and PayPal are two different companies - One does not affiliate with another. I've never developed an application on Facebook, but there are ways to accept payments via Facebook Credits and I'm not sure if PayPal is a receiving payment method.
