I recently just trying to play twitter(i know i know y just now..) and i did follow someone that i crush with.. And i set my twitter on privated. so can he actually see my timelines or no? Thanks

nope. while you may follow him (and see his tweets), he does not follow you so he can't see what you post because it's on private
