Please explain what you mean by this, the question is too vague.
A parent has a responsibility to monitor their under 16 child's internet usage... There's just too much unhealthy stuff out there that can alter brain development and a GOOD PARENT will care about what their kid is doing online. Unfortnuately, it's the sh*tty parents that abuse their kids, be it implicit abuse or explicit abuse, that give rise to bullies and kids that act out against themselves and the world are the ones that don't care enough to keep track of what their kids do online...
Meaning, the bullies are the children of bad parents who taught them to be bullies in the first place...
There should be 2 levels of Facebook Pages, MySpace, LiveJournal, and all the other social network sites:
1. Adult Access.
2. Child Account where there are 2 passwords:
a) The Child's Password.
b) The Parent Password.
Then the parent will be able to block pages and people that are not appropriate and report abusive content etc. and not have the child be able to hide it all from them.
I know, I sound 'Old'... But the point of being a child/adolescent is that you're still developing: Physically, Mentally, Genetically, Emotionally!
The difference between an adult brain and a child/adolescent brain is staggering. It is literally as huge a difference between the Caterpillar and the Butterfly.
