You should only create Facebook Page for a company or an organization.

There are different categories for pages, but usually it's one per company, you could create pages or groups focused on a subject you address, but not as much as a sales page, more of a useful info page 'sponsored' by your company. This sort of soft sell approach can end up getting more followers than a conventional company page.
