Can I buy a wireless LAN plug-in for a wi-fi loaded Sony Blu-ray player? I have wireless internet at home.

It depends on your the manufacturer of your bluray player. Depending on your model you might have to buy a Wireless adaptor from Sony. You probably can't just buy any wireless adaptor and plug into your bluray player.
