It is spreading rumors about why she committed suicide and is unfair to her friends and family, I've already tried reporting but Facebook has not done anything, need help quick.

Police if it is that horrible the things they are saying, or if not a police matter, talkto the people directly over facebook or in person, and so sorry for your loss. i can only imagine what it would be like.

Sorry for your loss! Facebook is pretty lame in that retrospect, pretty sure all you can do is report it.
