I was chatting on nimbuzz messenger on my android mobile phone. He said he would show me a trick, he sent a link and as i clicked on it he was able to tell my phone model number my mobile number and name. How is that possible. What do you think he might have done. So curious to know.

The link you clicked on was a hack tool which the phone openly sends out a bunch of information pertaining to your phone.....
