there's this new thing on omegle. It called Dorm chat and its says [experimental] next to it. what is it? Is it video chat or text?

It mean's you can chat with people that go to College but you need a College email so it proves you actually go to College. I thought it was pretty clear when I saw it myself. Hope that helps you out.

Basically, if you're in college, you can type in your college e-mail and then confirm that it's yours through clicking a link they'll send you, and then you can connect to chat with other people who go to the same college as yours.

It allows you to chat with people in your college. You must have an email address from your college to verify that you go there.
