Well, try to tweet interesting or funny things to them. Maybe compliment them on an album, or crack a joke about something they did. I'm not an expert, but I would imagine if I was a celebrity I would definitely notice someone with interesting points or entertaining comments rather than someone who tweets "PLEEASE FOLLOW ME" every two seconds. Remember, there is no guarantee that they will, but there is always a chance...good luck!

DO NOT keep tweeting "PLEASE FOLLOW ME" that would only annoy them. I'm a directioner and I don't tweet them often cause I know they get spammed A LOT. But when I do tweet them I compliment them and stuff. You could also tweet them art, but thats up to you cause I don't really know if you have the time. Maybe put together pictures from the past years

Ask them how their day is going. Send them funny tweets. Reply to all their tweets with a good heartfelt tweet and don't tweet them every 5 seconds asking them for a follow cause they have said that they hate that.
