I've noticed that some people don't have some photos when I look at their profiles then I look at their profiles again and they have old photos that say for example 5 weeks that weren't there the first time i looked at their profile how do they hide them?

Picture probably got reported and Instagram blocked it until they reviewed ky not? Not sure. This has never happened to me
