Look at her tweets and you'll know how she is. She doesn't tweet often but if she does its almost never a reply to a fan.
All i want is for her to reply to me, any help or techniques?

Well let's see, you could name troll her and that might get here attention. Another idea -- maybe you could write a real letter and send it in the mail.
