My internet explorer doesnt want to load up but my internet is perfectly fine. I want to download any web browser on my android phone and transfer it to my computer using my sd card but idk how exactly to do it. Can someone please help me internet explorer is the onlyweb browser i have and it wont load up

The easiest way is to download a web browser setup file in a cybercafé into a USB thumb drive, and install the web browser into your computer using that thumb drive..
Downloading an EXE file into an Android phone then transferring it to a PC, may not work.. because there are mechanisms in place to prevent computer virus spread.. especially EXE based files..
