Hey
I see many websites are using ads from yieldmanager or edgesuite but I am not able to go to that website. so what is the name of that ads company? and how can I register with it?

Ad.yieldmanager is a tracking cookie. People use those kinds of cookies to collect information about your browsing activities.
What you need to do is to download a genuine and reliable antivirus program. Search for one.
There are lots of good programs that are also free.
What you need to remember is to always keep them up to date and update them before every scan.
