When I torrent something my internet cuts out and then when I pause it the internet speed goes back to normal.
I have recently reset my modem (BoB2) to factory settings, I have looked around the web but I can't seem to find how to change my modem settings back to the modem can handle the large downloads/uplaods.
I'm with iiNet
can someone please go through step by step instructions with me
It actually happens whenever I download anything.

i had a similar problem with my torrent ....fixed it by following the steps here>>>> http://youtu.be/WmGW01ngBbs .. mostly just optimised settings..
