U wont get that high speeds at that low price...bsnl gives u 150 KBps for 800 a month...airtel will give u double the speed but there will be data cap

BSNL. Always prefer unlimited plan rather speed.

Tata Docomo 'Photon plus' or Photon Max wifi.
Atleast you have to go for Rs.1200/- for 11 GB unlimited down load for 30 days.
Never opt for postpaid connection as it is not customer friendly. It should be prepaid only.
