What is keyword density? - Scott - 04-26-2014 12:42 PM

I search in Google but fail to understand keyword density.

Can you tell me what is this in your words..

Keyword density is the number of times (or keyword percentage) your keyword is appearing on a page in website.
This is mainly used for SEO purpose.

Keyword density is the percentage of times your keyboard is used as to the mouse being used. this means that if you use the keyboard 5× fpor every 2× the mouse is used you'll have a 80% keyboard density.

Keyword density is stated as the number of words on the page. Now-the-days, keyword density is just one of the side factors of relevancy measurement along with the anchor text linking, domain's age, popularity, visitor's count etc.
