I've tried re-writing this ad so many times its not even funny and it ALWAYS gets ghosted or deleted!! I cannot figure it out
There are so many ads on craigslist that are VERY graphic in either pics or context. This is my ad:

Ive tried posting several different times on different occasions and also through different accounts and STILL didnt work.

Possibly because it sounds like you're advertising yourself as a prostitute. Try taking out the phrase about bills help and just leave in "VERY GENEROUS".
