All right, I want to set up my page where you have to enter that part first.

I need a complete explantion please.. where i will enter the html code and other stuffs?

Without knowing what sort of platform your site is running on I couldn't guess the correct html code. You may have to provide more details.

I would recommend Not having a splash screen that requires an additional click to get to the home page, this tends to lose people, the term "bounce rate" is used to count the number of people who don't go beyond the entry page.

it is script e.g. in some websites you need to give the age before entering.

As @Jake suggests, why would you want to put a barrier to people entering your site? An "Enter Site" button is one more click & one more reason why someone will leave your site. And, high bounce rate is used by Google in its ranking algorithm as a "user signal" of the worth of a site > high bounce rate = useless site = lower ranking!
