Just by looking at the url, I'm going to assume it's fake. I just hope I don't get a virus by actually going to it.
I googled it and my personal impression says it's fake. You can also read this:

I wouldn't trust it because the website Url looks like a scam. You can also type it in on this site to see if it is a valid and approved business: http://www.bbb.org/council/
