I think I have done everything up to now to let people know about my free products I'm giving away.
It's free to download and it's very useful products.
Please give me ideas.

good idea first let people know about them "try to post them in give away sections of webmaster forums" and later you can give your blog were people will go to your site directly

You may find that search engines associate Free with seo spam and not rank the page well, they are aware that there are generally strings associated with freebies, it's known to be a word than can cause emails to be marked as spam.
You didn't hint at what sot of downloadable products you have so I can't talk much about targeting the right audience, certainly some original articles discussing the need for or application of the free offerings would help ranking.
