Okay so due to certain reasons I am not able to open a pay pal account which means I can't buy off ebay( don't have credit card either) but my gf mom has a Paypal and eBay and currently I am giving her money and she is buying me stuff, but the thing is I don't want to bug them with the packages always arriving to their house . I have a ebay account and would it be possible for me to link it to her Paypal account and buy the objects an receive them at my home?
(She is willing to give me her account info)

Wouldn't be easier to buy prepaid credit cards and open your own paypal account ?
you wouldn't bother anyone andyou could buy wathever you want

No. Each Paypal account has ONE confirmed address. eBay requires sellers to ship all items to that address. Sellers lose seller protection and can be scammed if they don't. DO NOT ASK an eBay seller to ship to any other address.
