What i would like:
£25 or less
Reliable
Touchscreen
Half decent camera (with a front facing camera)
Be able to get all apps (clash of clans, zombie cafe)
Social networking sites (facebook twitter instagram snapchat)
Sounds picky, but i hated my blackberry

Go refurbished from your carrier in UK. Shop Ebay is second. Refurbished will have some type of warranty.
