Im trying to create an app and I wanted to publish it to the apple app store(and maybe android) but im 13 an don't have any money. is it possible to publish an app without paying? all I saw was $99 and I cant pay that much I need free. is there any way possible to not pay?

Share it using social media and ask paypal donations until you can afford to get it on istore.
