Where to find music for a business explainer video? - Sandbox - 04-27-2014 09:42 AM

I am making a whiteboard animation video. What website has, for commercial use, soundtrack music I can listen to and use in my video? There won't be an voiceover talking...so just want something upbeat that works with the video.
For example, the background music in this video:

On internet search for "Royalty Free music" you will find a lot. Just remember there are different kind of licenses. The best one known as blanket license or once pay use for ever. Means if you got this kind of license you can use music several time without paying money any further. Otherwise better read the license terms before you buy. Explain where and how you want to integrate the music and their license terms.

I used to buy royalty free music but now make my own using a music making software.

Youtube offers some free music that you can use on your videos.
You can also find some small artist that will allow you to use their music for non commercial if you properly credit them.

Many sites that say "Royalty Free" may have music offered that they do not have rights to, so make sure you are using a reputable site.
Also check each track for the license as some artist/sites require different things.

You can find lots of good musics on Sounddogs.com , Smartassmusic.com, and the best of all Audiojungle.net.

Try checking these websites and hopefully you will find what you're looking for. I always buy from Audiojungle as it seems to be fairly priced.

Hope this helps Wink

Hello, you can buy sound for your video on many sites but I advice you to visit seoclerks ("the audio music section") because you can obtain great music for a low price and also you can request the seller to customize to make it even more original. Hope it helps, cheers!
