Remove DRM Protection From iTunes Songs... Virus Free? - Darryl - 04-27-2014 10:46 AM

I am going to buy an album from iTunes but I have nothing of Apples (no iPod, iPad etc.) So I cannot play them on anyother device!
I have a BlackBerry Curve 9320 but the DRM protection would prevent me from playing it!
Is there any way I can remove this protection without getting any virus'?
All answers appreciated Smile

If you aren't going to play it on an Apple device, download your music from Amazon in mp3 format. Then you can play it on anything.

Music files on iTunes have been DRM free since 2009. It's the videos that are still DRMed.

I don't own an i-Anything, and I have no trouble playing music from iTunes on my phone/MP3 player, media server/Roku.

But if you're concerned, why not buy the tracks from Amazon instead? Personally, I've found they have better prices.

If the song downloaded from iTunes is in MP3 format which means it is not DRM protected, you can transfer it to your BlackBerry Curve 9320 directly and it will read properly.
If the song is in M4P converter (and that is often the case), you can remove the protection with the help of M4P Converter. It is the best iTunes audio converter I have ever tried. Clean and safe.

I had the same problem as you, then seached this via google and then I was redirected here. Noteburner is really a right choice to resolve my problem. I will try it. Thank Annabel for the suggesetion.
