Are there any online sites where teens ask other teens to join in and create a short film together or something. For example, they talk on the site or ask people what kind of help they need, someone responds and they get together to make the film. But making sure they're within the local area. Local Film Clubs online. 14+ Somewhere within Melbourne, Australia.
