I want a easy way to learn SEO. Because I am not fluent in English. I would like a way like videos, step by step images.

Buy an SEO book then. There's not much step by step on the internet.

Try WebCEO. This is a very good program and has a free edition as well.
It helps you from finding the best keywords to finding the best links.
It also has a free "WebCEO university" with all information you need on internet marketing.
I've been using it for years.

-SEO for Dumnies is a great book.
-Also checkout Google Webmaster Tools and the Google Webmaster central blog.
There is no easy, step by step, crash course in SEO but the above will give you some basics to build on. You cannot just update SEO and then you are done with it forever, SEO is on ongoing process.

There are many options to learn SEO, like reading SEO books,or learning using the world wide web by searching SEO articles, videos and blogs..

I can say most SEO guides are all words.Very rare that you find those with images. My advice is if there are words that you do not understand, you can ask in SEO forums or even here. Or you can go to website like http://www.webmarketingexperts.com.au/blog/ where they have SEO tips.

There is no easy way to learn SEO, you need to put some time on it.
But, my suggestion is searching the keywords of seo or search engine optimizer on youtube or google video for the videos.
