I work 3-11pm, sometimes even til midnight. I eat regular healthy breakfasts and lunches right before work and I am only allowed 10 minutes to eat soup at work. So I arrive home to dinner ready for me, and at this point I am soo hungry I eat dinner plus seconds and a snack. I am exercising 30 minutes of jogging each morning, but cannot lose weight, and I think it might be because of this. HELP PLEASE!!
