I started up Google Chrome today to check on things (Youtube, Forums, Social Networks, etc.) and some of my sites looked like this:

Why does it look like this? Does anybody know? Thank you in advance, I asked this earlier but did not get any answers that fixed the problem.

I've never seen this before, try re-installing Google Chrome and see if that works.
